GOOD MORNING!!! This week at Digi Darla's we are challenged to make a "white Delight" project (Oh, so hard!)

This is hybrid!I didn't have to color anything so that made it a little easier!

The challenge is white with a splash of color and my color is my digital DSP! I did color the tail of Blessing.

I used 2 Digi Darla's images (A Birthday Blessing & Floral FrameThe main card was done with MDS.

Digitally 'Sweet' Challenges #2

At Digitally Sweet this week are showcasing our animals!
Be it our pets, someone-else's, Zoo... Well I love cats and I love these pix! They're a friend's and I promised I would do a LO for her and this challenge at Digitally Sweet is PERFECT!

Lasting Memories #112

Good Morning! Today is Gwen's birthday, so happiest of Birthdays! Today we are " shelling Out" Anything from finding sea shells on the beach to shelling out candy to trick or treaters. I chose sea shells! My LO is hybrid again! My friend (Lorraine took this amazing trip crossing the equator!) It was a 9 month tour on the Picton Castle! These were some of the stops along the way!

At one of the ports they picked up a passenger, Ollie from the movie 'Enough' He played J-lo's crummy husband! I got my title from that song 'Harbor Lights by Boz Scaggs'

Digitally 'Sweet' Challenges #8

This is our 8th challenge at Digitally 'Sweet' Challenges and going strong! Thank-you for entering all your fantastic LO's!
We're all about the animals this week. It can be your pet, your friends pet, Zoo pictures...the possibilities are endless!

This is my buddy holding my Zulu when I first got him. (love this pic!) He thought he was a shoulder sitter until he got tooooo BIG!

I wanted my rhinestones a different color and SU didn't have any different colors, just diamonds, so I played with it and figured how to add colors!

(I added a digital circle punch and then put the diamond on top, turned down the opacity and WA-LA! Any color rhinestone I want!)

I used my MDS.

Jacksons Digital Expressions

Jacksons Digital Expressions has a color challenge for us this week!

I Made a GET WELL card for my friend!

This is Steve Harvey. I made his suit brown and then added some stickles, his shirt is turquoise and his tie is orangey yellow. His big teeth, I left white but I added some stickles, I embossed my metallic turquoise paper with a herringbone folder. I tried to make a microphone out of my DSP. I embossed my orangey yellow CS with a chevron embossing folder (SU) in my Bigshot also from SU. 

Digi Darla's #34

GOOD MORNING!!! It's Monday and you know that means we have a brand new Digi Darla's challenge! Show us some Halloween creations. I made an explosion box!

I used 3 Digi Darla's images (Shiny Spider, Halloween Cat & Witches Hat & Broom) The other two are from SU. I colored my images with prisma colored pencils. The paper and bling are from my stash.

Lasting Memories #111

GOOD MORNING! Thanks for all the wonderful entries last week! We are doing a "Double take" this week at Lasting Memories! Use the same pic twice or use the same subject taken at different angles or...lots of different ways to create a "Double Take" LO.

I chose to use the same photo. I mirrored it and put them together like a kaleidoscope. Changed one photo to black & white and one to sepia. No, it is not digital! The flowers are from my stash, the flourishes are from my diecut from SU and my label is from my cuttlebug, I also used a diecut from SU for my butterflies. The letters are metallic stickers also from my stash. (I had to add stickles for every occasion that my friend Elizabeth found for me, I have enough stickles for the rest of my life, depending on the shelf life!)

Our photo inspiration for Digitally 'Sweet"is this!

OK, it is Thanksgiving but I was looking for a certain pic and I came across these pics of my niece and nephew in their costumes so I pulled the colors.

I dressed my skeleton cuz she was kinda naked! I put a hat and boots on her and she is holding a trick or treat bag!

Jackson's Digital Expressions

This week at Jackson's Digital Expressions we were challenged to do a CAS project with 2 diecuts. I'm one of those that cannot do clean and simple to save my life. I can't help but fill up every empty space I see, so needless to say, I STRUGGLED! Here's my card using a Jackson's Digital Expressions image (Lion)

I printed this image and colored it with copic markers. My dies are from SU and nestabilities (embossed with a Chevron embossing folder from SU) The DSP is from SU and my sentiment is from MDS cut out with a decorative frame punch also from SU I added some gold stickles on the mane of my Lion. I had printed this image and colored it and then scanned it for a little tutorial for my friends and mine Digitally 'Sweet' Challenges. I knew that I would use the image that I colored also, it's 100% digital so if your interested check it out and here's the card front I made!

Digi Darla's #33

It's a new challenge at Digi Darla's! It's alphabet challenge!
"A" is for... "B" is for..."C" is for... You get the picture!

I used DD Sea Animals "O" I colored my image with copic markers and added stickles. For my main LO of the card, I used MDS. Here's another view, I popped up the letter "O" after I fussy cut it out and I did get a little fussy cutting out the inside of the "O"!

Jackson's Digital Expressions

At Jackson's Digital Expressions we are challenged to do a Halloween creation using this sketch.

I made this digital card front, although I did print my image (Lil' Franky from Jackson's Digital Expressions) and colored him with copics and then scanned him and added it as a pic. I removed the background with Paintbrush and I used MDS digital software.

Lasting Memories #110

Good Morning! We have a brand new challenge for you at Lasting Memories!
It's called "Out of the Hat" (which I had a hand in creating with MDS, Karen, Michele and I wanted to do something FUN and different and this is what we came up with!) Pick four items out of this hat and CREATE AWAY!

I chose FLOURISHES, BRADS, WORDS/PHRASES AND AUTUMN COLORS!

This is a hybrid. My main LO is done with MDS, the flourishes are from a die cut from SU in my Bigshot, the letters are metallic chipboard and I think they are from Hobby Lobby. The brads are also from SU.

This is my brother and I at Thanksgiving in around 1992. He is quite a cook and what a feast!

2nd Entry for Digitally Sweet #5

This is my second card front for Digitally Sweet! This is a Floppy Latte digital image called "Little Angels" silhouette. (always have trouble spelling that word) BEAUTIFUL DIGI'S! I'll run this off and make several copies.

My software is the tops! I use SU's MDS.

Our challenge at Digi Darla's this week is "How Do You Fold?" We are being sponsored by Delicious Doodles So my first fold is from Delicious Doodles, it's called "Katarina"It's a folded frame and I colored it with prisma colored pencils. Isn't she pretty!

My second fold is Digi Darla's "Mask" and "Mask/border" It's a Star fold card! I loaded them both into MDS and made one pic so it would be easier to see how it opened. COOL HUH!

Jackson's Digital Expressions

FIRST OF ALL, DON'T LAUGH!
At Jackson's Digital Expressions the challenge is to make a door hanger and I looked and looked for some instructions that I liked but couldn't find one! So I was forced to make one of my own!

This a Jackson's Digital Expressions digi called "DYN-O-MITE" Remember him?...Look at his chucka boots. Anyhoo I colored him with copic markers and cut him out with nestabilities. The paper is from SU. I used that foam board. you use for cutting out those foam letters and images. Here's a pic with him hanging on my door. I was going to give him away but I like him adorning my door!

Lasting Memories #109

It's Sun! That means it's time for a NEW challenge at Lasting Memories!
I had quite a problem with this one! Couldn't think of Anything but everyone that comes over always tells me"WHAT A FANTASTIC VIEW"! So I stepped outside and took this pic!

Nothing is digital except the pic, I did frame the three small pix. I found a stamp of mountains and another with Yucca's and double stamped it and colored the Yucca's with Prisma Colored Pencils and then added stickles to the flowers, the paper is from SU and the rest of the stuff is so old I can't remember where it came from.

Digitally Sweet #4 Ribbons

This is my second entry for the "Ribbons" challenge at Digitally Sweet. I went shopping on FB for this! Look at my butterfly and leaves on my fringed flower (which is a digital DL) I just was playing with my LO and the butterfly and leaves look kinda like Quilling. I will leave a mini tutorial on how I did this on the challenge blog!

And here's my creation using Digi Darla's "Proud Peacock" I colored my image with prisma colored pencils and cut it out with a combo of nestabilities and ME! Added some sequins and rhinestones for some bling. I made my background & sentiment with MDS.
