This is from a snow we had at the beginning of the month! I made a border with some smaller pics and tore mulberry paper to frame them. I tore white CS cuz it looked like snow. The snowflakes are sequins from my stash The letters are chipboard. The DSP, the frame on the top, the little tag and the word window are all from SU.

It's Friday, and it's time for a brand new challenge at Digitally Sweet! Ali challenged us to make a project using alot of butterflies and I Love butterflies! I made a card with an envelope which will be a pocket for a scrapbook page!

But, I think I changed my mind! Tina said this would look good in a CD case, so I am seriously considering this!

We are feeling sentimental at Digi Darla's this week! We had quite a big turn out for our 'Anything Goes' creation and DT call! Lots of Awesome talent out there! I am using 'Good Friends are Like Angels' from Digi Darla's Designs.

My DSP is from SU. I used a border punch from SU also. The rose corners  and the rose borders are from my stash.

Let's see what you did in 'CHRISTMAS 2012'

I made a two-page spread! It started out being a pic pulled by reindeers (my dogs) and my cat as an elf and us in a sled but my animals did not cooperate and I didn't feel like making them hence crummy pics but I do get an excellent poem every year! 

My DSP is from SU, as well as the stamps and ornament punches. The candy canes are from my friend and I think she got them at Sams.

A couple three weeks ago we had quite a big snow especially for El Paso!

My doggies had a FUN time playing in the snow and I couldn't resist taking pix.

This is one half of a two page spread.

This one fit the sketch but there were too many pictures so here is the other page,

This one of my last projects done with MDS1, I finally got MDS2, I was terrified to get it and load it but now I am very anxious to use it! LOL!

It's everyone's favorite challenge at Digi Darla's!

ANYTHING GOES!!!

This is a circle easel card. Didn't know there was such a thing and I found it on my friend Annie's blog. (If I want to see something different, all I have to do is go shopping on her blog! LOL!)

I did put some rhinestones from my stash on it bc they looked like diamonds and that is one of my fav songs right now. I used 'Sun Serenade' from Digi Darla's. I colored it with copic markers and added stickles to the sun fire. Oh, I did fussy cut it out. The sentiment was done in Paintbrush b4 I printed it. The butterfly is a sticker and I used a frame for my other sent. from SU and those are thickers for the year. The circles are all spellbinders.

 Lasting Memories! OLD & NEW!Anything new like something new you got at Christmastime, a new baby, newly married.....I chose my nephew's Christmas photo in 2011 and a new one from 2012!

My DSP is from SU and so are the ornament punches and  I used a word window punch on the inside of the ornaments. The santa making a list is actually a tag from a pkg. The rest is from my stash. My journaling was done on WORD.

I chose this cute "Bundled Owl"

I chose the birds and the colors and the winter theme.

Colored my main image and removed the background in Paintbrush. Also used my digital software from SU, MDS!

2nd Entry for DSC #17

Digitally Sweet is having a 'Steam Punk' challenge and I really enjoyed making my first projects so decided to give it another go! I made my layout using my digital software from SU, MDS.

I tried to make the main image look like it was behind theater drapes but I ended up going somehere else! LOL!

Hey, how do you like my watermark? I made one for all the Dt's but it was all Karens idea and her design ideas, SO THANKS KAREN!

HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR HOLIDAYS?

It's time for our first challenge at Digi Darla's in 2013.

Use Digi Darla's Fairies or Angel's, it's not mandatory but we would love you to!

This is a side step card using DD Love Angel. I colored my image with copic markers fussy cut her out. I printed her twice and cut out another set of wings but you can't see it in the pic, I cut the die cut heart out from SU. Then label was cut out from a cuttlebug folder. I covered her wings with diamond stickles. My DSP is from SU also.

To kick off the first challenge of 2013, get inspired by a book, be it a quote, a title...This was hard for me bc I really do HATE to read but then my friend wanted me to make a digital LO of her friends reading the bible.

This is our first challenge at Digitally Sweet in 2013! We were givin' a task and each DT member picked challenges for the month. Ali did the month of Jan and her first challenge is 'Steam Punk'! Hadn't done any 'Steam Punk' so I searched for images and found some. This is one of the NEWEST things! I really enjoyed creating my LO in MDS!

I enjoyed making my LO so much, I made a card front out of MDS too!
